Head of Commercial Finance

Location: Leicester

Salary: Circa £115,000 + Bonus

An exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, multi-million-pound international consumer products business as Head of Commercial Finance.

This newly created role will play a key part in supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans, with a clear objective to double turnover over the coming years. Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of driving commercial performance, EBITDA improvement and profitability across the business.

This is a highly visible role, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to influence performance, challenge decision-making and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive EBITDA growth and profitability initiatives across the business
• Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Licensing and Operations
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and commercial financial planning activities
• Analyse trading performance and identify opportunities for growth and margin improvement
• Support pricing, profitability and commercial decision-making
• Lead and develop a small FP&A team
• Deliver meaningful financial insight to support strategic business objectives

Person specification

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified)
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience
• Proven track record of driving EBITDA growth, profitability and business performance
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Commercially minded, ambitious and results-focused
