Cedar's Change & Transformation team are currently partnered with a leading consultancy firm, recruiting for an experienced Manager to join the Governance, Risk & Controls team.

As well working for one of the fastest growing consulting firms, you will also be partnering with a leading global Pharmaceutical business supporting their risk framework transformation.

Location: Manchester

Starting salary: £57,000 + 6% cash allocation + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the project delivery on multiple client engagements
  • Designing, implementing, and improving risk frameworks in corporate compliance with a strong emphasis on Corruption, Bribery, Fraud, AML, ESG
  • Leading project management activities for client engagements
  • Involved in internal client facing discussions to deliver solution focused services

Your skills and experience:

  • A background in ethics, compliance or risk
  • Experience from a consulting background or direct company experience in corporate compliance
  • Project management focused ideally with experience transforming risk frameworks
  • Experience working in or with Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Healthcare sector
  • Exceptional communication, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills
