Our Central Government client are looking for an SC Cleared (SC is the minimum level of clearance accepted) Technical Lead who will be based in London and will make significant contributions to the Digital Transformation programme. They are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead who will be responsible for the management and delivery of the following;
·Infrastructure / Environments.
oSecure gateways
oDevelopment environments (System Test, Integration test etc.)
·2 x Development teams
oFront end web development with secure encryption
oMS Dynamics configuration and .Net code.
The role involves working within an agile delivery team to coordinate internal resources and 3rd parties to ensure all projects are executed and delivered on time, within scope and within cost. The right person for this role will have previous experience in a similar role, experience using GDS Service Design Manual and will be able to produce accurate and timely project board updated including sprint reports. This contract is outside the scope of IR35.

Key skills & responsibilities
·Has worked within the IT industry in a role reporting to project manager and working with senior business managers to enable business benefit through service delivery
·Recent broad experience in the latest techniques and methodologies in delivering quality solutions
·Matrix line management of project teams, who are advanced and highly skilled Technical consultants and internal / external stakeholders, across several locations
·Developing and maintaining manpower plans for managers and staff involved and monitoring the deployment of individuals to ensure that they are contributing effectively
·Leads planning, scheduling, controlling and reporting activities, ensuring that comprehensive project, quality, and risk plans are prepared and maintained
·Lead the Scrum Ceremonies such as sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and Show and Tell etc
·Ensures that realistic estimates of costs, timescales and resource requirements are agreed and carries out the monitoring of projects against these criteria, taking corrective action as necessary
·Strong principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation, particularly with highly detailed technical Ms Infrastructure based projects
·Technical Skills - MS Dynamics, Oracle and Seibel, Sharepoint, Biztalk etc, AWS
