A new role has become available with a leading leisure and entertainment brand who are currently undergoing a major IT transformation programme. As the firm streamlines its processes following the implementation of new technology, the focus has moved on to the adoption and ongoing support of these new systems. The firm have therefore created a position with a view to manage and the current application support team members and provide a programme of training to encourage adoption across the firm's diverse user base.
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Manager with extensive experience of building and managing a team of application support specialists. The technology you will be overseeing a finance specific and whilst previous exposure to such applications (e.g. NetSuite, Workday, SAP, Hyperion, NAV, Sage etc) is helpful, SME knowledge of accounting software is not essential. This skill set required very much focussed on those that have built and managed a highly effective application support / service delivery function with excellent engagement with the business and a proactive approach.
This role could be based in Poole or Basingstoke but regular travel to both sites is required.
