Strategic FP&A Manager - FTSE 100 Tech - Central London - c.£70k + 10% bonus + 10% pension + hybrid working!

A market leading FTSE 100 Technology firm in Central London have a unique opportunity in their divisional Finance team for a Strategic FP&A Manager.

As the number 2 to an experienced Head of FP&A with a dotted line to the Commercial FD, this high-profile position will play a key role in driving improvement in business performance through commercial and market insight, providing the Senior Leadership Team (including CFO) understand market impacts through to final bottom line cash.

You will provide analysis and influence that reaches c-suite level including CEO and Board level visibility, becoming an expert in the financials and business performance, having a deep understanding of the business services and operational units; covering financial bench-marking, KPIs, scenario modelling and Medium Term Planning. The BU is all UK focused so no international calls - so all your stakeholders will be in the same office!

What skills you will need to be successful in this Strategic FP&A Manager role:

  • Qualified accountant with PQE
  • FP&A experience within a large or complex organisation
  • Ability to take ownership of something and drive it through to completion
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the gravitas to win the respect and confidence of colleagues and senior stakeholders up to Exec/Director level
