Cedar are supporting a Managed Service Provider based in Elland, West Yorkshire who are looking to hire a 2 x Stores & Shipping Controller's. This role will be office based (5 days per week) with a salary of up to £26,000 on offer plus benefits.
The Stores & Shipping Controller's will be responsible for managing all stock movements and shipping requirements within the business. This includes goods in, stock management, issuing stock to customer projects and shipping once configured. This role will support multiple internal teams and is key to maintaining our customer's high expectations. This is a busy and varied role, and the successful candidate will need to prove excellent communication, coordinating, planning and organisational skills. Being able to develop strong working relationships both internally and externally and aid in coordinating the activities of the function is critical as well as the assistance in the development of operational processes and tools.
Candidates applying for this role MUST HAVE:
- c2 years' experience in a stores or shipping role would be highly advantageous
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be highly advantageous or similar ERP
- Self-motivated and results orientated, flexible and works well under pressure
- Ability to work at pace and process quick but accurate information
