Senior Product Analyst - UK Analytics

Hybrid - London

£350 - Inside IR35 - 6 months

Cedar has an exciting opportunity with a global client to join a team that is defining how they use analytics to transform customer experiences, accelerate business growth and use AI to transform the way our customers run their businesses.

They are looking for a data-driven individual with a deep analytical skill set, experience within Product or Marketing Analytics, and a passion for driving change through insights to join the QuickBooks Analytics team.

My client's Analytics team is 16 people strong and growing. Each has its own expertise in all analytical areas (Digital, Product, Sales, AI/ML, Visualisation, etc) as well as technical skills (SQL, Python, Tableau, ML Ops, etc).

You will have the opportunity to be exposed to a vast amount of first party and third-party data (Adobe/Google Analytics, Amplitude,...), as well as analytical tools of the future (Tableau, Qlik Sense, Databricks, AWS stack,...)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Development, Experience Design, and broader Analytics and
  • Data Science community to drive data-backed decision-making and unlock key customer insights in the product to fuel future growth
  • Define, implement, and standardize metrics, reports, and dashboards.
  • Provide strategic recommendations utilizing multiple types of data, business knowledge, and clearly documented assumptions
  • Answer ad-hoc analytic questions, contribute to decision-making through opportunity sizing, and train users to self-serve standard reports leveraging Tableau.
  • Pursue data quality, troubleshoot data issues, and provide resolutions when needed
