With over $1Bn revenue and over 80% net revenue growth reported in H1-23, this multinational pre-IPO business is extremely profitable and has had double-digit growth in revenue and profit for the last several years, leading to heavy investment into the Finance function. There is also never a dull moment due to several high-profile acquisitions over the last few years and more in the pipeline.

This newly created Finance Manager position will play a key leadership role, supporting all aspects of finance across the Legal Entity Control team, but with specific ownership for some key areas including leading on process and system improvements, managing the transfer pricing and intercompany balances, the month end reporting timeline, managing the BS substantiation process and Chart of Accounts of Group TB. Working closely with the other Heads of Finance and Group FC, this role will give you real exposure to Senior Stakeholders, creating a strong profile across the business.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Qualified accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA with PQE
• Experience in industry with good management reporting in a large company environment
• A passion for driving process and system improvements across Finance
