Senior Commercial Finance Manager - Big Tech - Central London - c.£90k + 25% bonus + big Tech benefits package + full flexible working

An exclusive role with one of the most exciting brands in London's Tech space who are looking to bring on-board a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to lead the growth of one of their fastest growing divisions with real insight and influence to unlock commercial value for their fastest growing brands.

In this pure strategic commercial finance role you will partner the most senior Commercial Heads (GM + VP level) across their key consumer brands, helping them find creative new ways to make money, drive customer growth and supporting key investment and new business opportunities.

With two qualified direct reports, a Commercial Finance Manager and Senior Finance Analyst who are focused on the modelling and analysis, what they now need is a real business facing Senior Finance Business Partner who has experience of, and enjoys, challenging and influencing senior commercial stakeholders daily to drive profit growth in a pure commercial finance function.

You will lead in providing financial advice and insights to the Senior Leadership Team on all commercial related matters including revenue, marketing and resourcing investment and new business opportunities to improve business performance and support strategic, profit focused decision-making.

You should have an acquisitive nature, staying on top of industry trends and competitor moves, to spot unseen opportunities and navigate risks; with the ability to translate financial and non-financial revenue and marketing metrics into actionable operating plans.

To be successful in this role you will need to be:

  • Qualified Finance professional with minimum 5 years PQE
  • Have excellent business partnering experience to commercial teams and non-finance stakeholders in a revenue focused role
  • Team management experience of direct reports
  • Posses the ability to craft a story from the numbers and present to senior Commercial Heads, influencing them with meaningful analysis
  • A desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced international Tech business
