An exciting opportunity has opened to join a financial services firm in the heart of the City. The firm has recently implemented Salesforce, replacing a number of legacy CRM platforms and require an experienced Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201 or ADM211) to assist with the embedding of the platform.
This will be both a technical and functional role, initially assisting with the final stages of the implementation and demonstrating the features of the product to the user base. The second phase of the role will, alongside the ongoing support and administration responsibilities, to promote best practice and common usage across the firm, driving activity through Salesforce with users with little exposure to CRM systems in their current business processes. Through increased adoption, the firm will be able to make data driven decisions, affecting strategy and increasing efficiency and revenue from their customers.
You will have a strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and have several years of providing support/administration in a busy environment. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work with a diverse range of users with differing levels of technology.
