Project Manager - Healthcare - South London

**Experience working in a healthcare envirnment highly desirable **

A healthcare client of ours is looking to recruit a Project Manager to support the Property and Estates programme teams. The successful applicant will have an impeccible track record of project delivery and demonstrate the required attributes to ensure successful project delivery.

Role Purpose

* To provide leadership and management of a programme area and range of capital build projects
* Manages major initiative or programme of work
* Manages staff and resources where required for programme delivery
* Ensures that programme and project deliverables are tightly linked to the achievement of the healthcare autority's strategic objectives
* Plans, supports, facilitates and monitors progress of programme against agreed KPIs within or across sites
* Drives delivery and pace of projects within remit
* To assist and support the Estates Project team to ensure project plans, risk logs highlight reports and project documentation is up to date
* To ensure adherence to project lifecycle

Requisite Experience

* Significant relevant programme management and improvement experience, with a track record of delivery
* Experience within senior operational or project roles, ideally within a healthcare environment
* Experience of complex stakeholder management
* Knowledge of a range of specific project areas, acquired through post graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training
* Further specialist programme management knowledge or experience to master's level equivalent
* PRINCE2/MSP Practitioner
* Current driving licence and ability to travel
* Able to interpret highly complex facts or situations requiring analysis, interpretation and comparison of a range of options
* Ability to present information logically and concisely both verbally and in writing, including the ability to write reports and policies/procedures with clarity to ensure that complex messages are put across effectively
* Good presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information and concepts in a way which is understandable to all
* Ability to draw information from a range of sources in order to make a contribution to service development
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Visio and MS Project with good keyboard skills
