Cedar are supporting a Private Sector organisation who are on the look for 3 x Procurement Support Executive - Social Value. These roles are permanent positions with a salary range of £30,000 up to £35,000 on offer. Please note the role will be a mixture of home and office based in line with government guidance - the role will be mainly home based, so we are open to consider applications from anywhere in England.
This role will also include a range of benefits which covers an ethical pension scheme, private medical insurance, subject to candidate's experience, and funding for qualifications such as CIPS.
The Procurement Support Executive will be responsible for undertaking evaluations, on behalf of Public Sector clients, in a fair and transparent manner and will communicate with relevant stakeholders on the status of evaluations, clarification questions and provide feedback on scoring. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating internal moderation and review processes, ensuring governance processes are followed and support process improvement and technical developments where required.This is an exciting role with our client and will see you work with clients in both the Private and Public Sector to focus on additional areas such as the creation of a knowledge/best practice hub, continuous improvement and creation and delivery of tools, templates and training.
Candidates applying MUST HAVE experience which covers:
- Experience in a similar role in the UK Public Sector covering Procurement, Supply Chain, Contract, Commercial, Commissioning or Category Management
- Experience evaluating tenders using various routes to market such in line with OJEU and PCR2015
- Strong communication and organisation skills
