Cedar is working alongside a high-profile charitable organisation to appoint an interim Procurement Manager to join its procurement team. This position will involve supporting the current procurement team with multiple projects across the IT category and implementation of a new contract management system. You will engage with stakeholders and work on the development and design of sourcing strategies and the delivery of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle. You will be involved with indirect procurement for areas such as HR, Legal and Finance to list a few but an interest in IT procurement would be beneficial.
·Assisting with the implementation and growth of a new Procurement and Contract Management function.
·Support stakeholders with the design and development of bespoke sourcing strategies.
·Manage the delivery of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
·Demonstrate success in developing effective relationships with internal clients and suppliers in negotiating and managing contracts to achieve savings.
·Manage cross-functional stakeholders through the entire procurement lifecycle from concept through to contract signature and service implementation.
·CIPS qualified or working towards.
·Must be a self-starter with clear communication skills.
·Used to working in a collaborative and fast paced environment.
