A Process Documentation Specialist is urgently required for a leading insurance organisation, supporting a wider business transformation programme.
- Strong experience as a Business Process Analyst, supporting business transformation programmes
- Proven track record documenting and mapping a range of finance and business processes with a view to enable process knowledge share and streamlining.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, as well as other Microsoft Office products.
- Process related software experience - ideally Visio
- Lean Six Sigma or other related certification
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship building skills.
