Role Overview:

As a Post Merger Integration Manager, you will spearhead their post-merger initiatives in the UK, working closely with acquired entities to seamlessly integrate them into their corporate ecosystem. This role demands a seasoned professional with expertise in project management, change management, and strategic stakeholder engagement. You will have a unique opportunity to lead integration efforts on-site, ensuring the successful harmonization of cultures, values, and work approaches after acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust integration strategy, focusing on accounting and IT/technology integration.
  • Lead the implementation of the integration plan, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Facilitate the alignment of company cultures, values, and work methods, fostering a unified and collaborative post-merger environment.
  • Implement effective change management practices to assist employees in adapting to new processes, systems, and structures.
  • Collaborate with diverse departments and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across various areas.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive communication plan to keep employees, stakeholders, and partners well-informed throughout the integration process.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in M&A, corporate consulting, corporate development, or change management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for engaging stakeholders and building strong relationships.
  • Proactive attitude with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
  • Strong analytical abilities coupled with an independent and proactive work approach.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to undertake international, long-term assignments.
  • Fluent in English.
