Our client is a leading technology business and supplier of software to the financial services industry. The firm is about to embark on a global finance transformation programme, a major pillar of which is to completely re-engineer / automate their reporting processes across the business.
They require someone who can initiate this initiative, building relationships with Finance Business Partners and both Strategic and Operation teams to understand their requirements. The firm is looking to build a high performance reporting framework, moving to a data driven, insightful approach and significantly reducing a number of existing, manual processes.
An ideal candidate will bring several years exposure operational finance processes, gained either in industry or through consultancy engagements (Big 4). You will have been involved in transformation initiatives during this time rather than pure BAU roles, specifically to enhance reporting processes to drive comprehensive management information (MI). It is essential you are able to interact with senior business stakeholders across a diverse client base and geography. You will need to build a Target Operating Model (TOM) and then devise a project plan that will deliver the change to the organisation effectively.
You will be a qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACCA, FCCA, ACCA, ACA, etc) with at least 2 years post-qual experience in industry.
