Cedar are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator to join a leading estate agent based in West London on a permanent basis.

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office

Reporting into: Payroll Lead

Key Duties:

  • Assist with managing 2 monthly payrolls for over 1200+ employees
  • Managing starter/leaver (P45) and amending personal details
  • Calculation of SSP, SMP/SPP student loans
  • Processing company sick and holiday pay
  • Workplace pension setups
  • Performing manual calculations where needed
  • Amending any change to pay, overtime, commission & bonus payments
  • Reconciling payroll account
  • Main point of contact for payroll enquiries from staff, and resolving queries


  • Minimum of 1 year payroll administration experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation changes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
