A Management Accountant is wanted by a high-growth P/E backed company in the City. Part of a larger group, the turnover of this business is c. £100m (having grown quickly from c. £20m in 2011) and they now have over 30 offices in more than a dozen countries. The company has a very high calibre team and ambitious plans along with the means to deliver on these - they're now looking for someone similarly strong to join them.

As Management Accountant, you'll work under a particularly strong Group FC, helping to produce the financial and management accounts & analysis as well as provide key support to the newly appointed Head of FP&A. Specific duties will include:
·preparing monthly reporting packs & analysis inc. group management accounts.
·presenting specific information & analysis for the CFO / CEO and other stakeholders.
·assisting the Head of FP&A with analysis and decision support.
·liaising with group function / auditors during reporting & year-end processes.
·supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycles (inc. re-forecasting).
·a range of ad hoc tasks

Candidates for the position of Management Accountant will be bright qualified accountants (either ACAs looking to move from practice or CIMA / ACCAs from industry) who are looking for a role that includes variety, potential and the chance to progress. Relevant technical & commercial skills along with an enquiring mind, attention to detail and the willingness to take on early responsibility will see candidates progress; the support of the Group FC - who joined when recently qualified less than 7 years ago - will also be readily forthcoming.
