Cedar are delighted to be partnered with a high-growth PE Backed Leisure Tech company who are seeking to expand their finance function for their exciting future plans.

As the Management Accountant, you will be providing the Finance Manager with robust reporting and preparation of the monthly management accounts. You will accurately deliver timely reports and analyse the P&L, Balance Sheets and Cashflow variances with measurable commentary against previous periods and budgets to identify key trends.

You will prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and providing insight to deliver highlights and risks. You will create composed transactions for month end close whilst supporting reviews on forex gains/losses and actively participate in the year-end audit and statutory accounts preparation.

This role provides exciting challenges and you will have active freedom in improving processes and procedures to further improve developments in your team. You have a strong understanding of internal controls by adding your knowledge in an open door environment.

To be successful in this role:

  • You are a recently qualified ACCA/CIMA accountant
  • You have proven experience working as a Management Accountant and being able to use your expertise and wealth of knowledge to deliver monthly management accounts
