Contract: Interim (3 months)
Rate: £500 – £575 per day (Inside IR35)

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a Local Authority on an interim basis, specialising in Adult Social Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a vital service area, working with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance and deliver value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Adult Social Care leadership to provide financial insight and analysis.
• Support budget management, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Lead on financial modelling and scenario planning to inform decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings within the Adult Social Care service.
• Prepare clear and concise financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Provide challenge and support to ensure financial sustainability and strategic objectives are met.

Essential Requirements:

• CCAB Qualified Accountant
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within Adult Social Care
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with non-financial stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise in financial modelling and scenario planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
