VAT Specialist (focus on process & system implementation) Permanent

An exciting opportunity for a VAT specialist has been created in a growing global business where you will be reporting directly to the Group Tax Director. The role will focus around implementing compliance processes, process improvement and managing the successful implementation of OneSource. Compliance is prepared by another team and so this role will be more around systems and process and advising / training the business on any required changes.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the project and coordination of the work ensuring the timelines are met for the overall success of the project.
• Documenting the VAT processes and to produce written materials for the sales, IT and finance teams
• Becoming the subject matter expert on the OneSource VAT system
• Support business teams on day-to-day questions related to indirect tax and compliance obligations.

You will need a proven track record of systems or process implementation in indirect tax. The Group operates across the globe although the majority of the role will focus on UK and EU jurisdictions. This is a unique opportunity in a fast paced, growing group. Please apply now for more information.
