Role Overview

As an Employment Tax Senior Manager, you will be leading UK Employment Taxes across the Midlands region. Collaborate closely with the Shares and Global Mobility teams, and work with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients on employment tax advice and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the regional employment tax team, including appraisals, coaching, and skill development.
• Partner with regional and national tax leaders, contributing to the annual tax growth plan.
• Build strong client relationships through regular contact and meetings.
• Provide high-level tax advisory services and identify new business opportunities.

Skills & Experience:

• CTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in Employment Taxes, with multi-sector exposure.
• Strong technical knowledge in tax legislation.
• Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Suitable for candidates currently at Senior Manager level or seeking promotion to Associate Director.
