An SC Cleared, IT Transition Manager is required for a leading government organisation in London. Please note this role is outside IR35.

Experience Required:

• Demonstrable experience and a strong track record of successful change and release management supporting projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience of delivering in AWS/Azure/Cloud environments
• Strong experience of working closely with 3rd parties, IT suppliers and blended teams and providing change and transition management expertise
• Strong experience in developing effective working relationships and ongoing expectation management through effective communications
• Willing to own and action tasks and activities to progress delivery as a team
• Good service management knowledge and understanding of service models, service processes and procedures
• Good working knowledge in use and administration of Atlassian products in particular, Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence and Slack
