An experienced International Payroll Manager is sought by a Global Tech business on an initial 6 month contract that will be then be made permanent.
This is a newly created role due the rapid growth experienced across the business over the past 12 months. It will initially be a sole role reporting into the Senior Finance Manager but in time will require you to grow the team.
The role will require someone who has extensive experience of dealing with Payroll across the UK, EMEA & APAC regions.
- Manage and oversee monthly payroll across UK, EMEA and APAC regions for around 400 employees
- Propose changes to drive automation and best practice across the payroll function
- Work with HR & Finance to understand current payroll process
- Project manage for new system implantation
- Assist employees with questions relating to payroll
To be suitable for this role you MUST have International Payroll experience and be available at short notice.
