Cedar are supporting a Public Sector client who are looking to appoint an Interim Procurement Support Officer. This role is HOME BASED and will run for 6 months (potential to extend). The role is INSIDE IR35 with a day rate up to £250 on offer.
Our client is looking for someone with a solid procurement administration background to help handle the administration side of their tender process. Experience in areas such filing bid responses, handling clarification questions, setting up evaluation templates and sending successful/unsuccessful letters to suppliers is required as this is a key part to the role. The successful candidate will be required to pick up other administration duties such as creating/handling purchase orders (POs) and invoicing. This is a heavy admin based role and requires someone who is extremely organised and with the ability to be able to deliver at pace and pick up processes quickly. Experience using a contracts database and P2P system would be advantageous for this position.
Public Sector experience is required!
