Cedar are currently looking for an Interim Payroll Specialist to join an industry-leading hospitality business based in Central London!
Duration: 3-6 months
Salary: Up to £200 per day (inclusive of holiday pay)
Location: Central London
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office
Reporting into: Payroll Manager
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payrolls for UK payroll of up to 1,500 employees.
- Raising risks, issues and discrepancies in good time and working to find resolutions.
- Ensure all payroll-related payments are processed and reported and pension contributions for the various company schemes is uploaded within deadlines.
- Work closely with the wider Finance and HR team
- Work closely with the Payroll Manager to support the development of payroll process improvements, integrations, and automations, assist on queries from internal stakeholders and collaborate on ad hoc projects.
- Must have SAP and ADP experience
- Minimum of 2 years UK payroll experience
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail is a must
- Experience in using HR & payroll systems
- Excel skills including VLOOKUP, IF, PIVOT functionality etc
