Cedar are currently looking for an Interim Payroll Specialist to join an industry-leading hospitality business based in Central London!

Duration: 3-6 months

Salary: Up to £200 per day (inclusive of holiday pay)

Location: Central London

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office

Reporting into: Payroll Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payrolls for UK payroll of up to 1,500 employees.
  • Raising risks, issues and discrepancies in good time and working to find resolutions.
  • Ensure all payroll-related payments are processed and reported and pension contributions for the various company schemes is uploaded within deadlines.
  • Work closely with the wider Finance and HR team
  • Work closely with the Payroll Manager to support the development of payroll process improvements, integrations, and automations, assist on queries from internal stakeholders and collaborate on ad hoc projects.

Key must-haves:

  • Must have SAP and ADP experience
  • Minimum of 2 years UK payroll experience
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail is a must
  • Experience in using HR & payroll systems
  • Excel skills including VLOOKUP, IF, PIVOT functionality etc
