A highly acquisitive and fast paced Financial Services Group has an opportunity for an Interim Senior Tax Manager to join their newly established tax team for 4-6 months initially (there's scope for this to extend). Working closely with the Head of Tax you will be supporting the international business, assisting with transactions, post M&A structuring and projects around controls, frameworks and getting documentation in place for an IPO.

This would suit an experienced International Tax specialist, ideally with experience of the following:

• Liaising with external tax advisors on various overseas M&A and restructuring projects.
• Working with the international business on international tax reforms and overseas tax compliance.
• Integrating newly acquired businesses into the Group
• Supporting local finance teams with tax advisory projects.
