A multinational technology organisation is looking for a Senior Consolidations & Reporting Accountant to join their team during a very busy period of growth and change, £325-£375 per day. This role is remote based with the potential requirement to travel to London (subject to current restrictions and government advice).

Key responsibilities:

- Preparation and review of the UK's consolidation in line with US GAAP, UK GAPP & IFRS

-Preparation and review of statutory accounts

- Monthly legal entity reviews

- Monthly balance sheet reconciliation

- Manage the intercompany process

- Manage and co-ordinate the audit of the statutory financial statements

- Assist with process improvement initiatives, ensuring controls are fit for purpose

- Ad hoc projects as required

Key candidate requirements:

- Qualified accountant, preferably ACA with practice training

- Significant financial & statutory reporting experience

- Strong consolidations experience

- US GAAP is essential

- UK GAAP / IFRS are desirable

- HFM experience is preferred

- Experience of working in multinational / complex businesses

- Excellent communication skills

- Hands-on, self starter approach

- Problem solving mentality

- Ability to hit the ground running in a fast pace business environment
