URGENT ROLE - APAC Payroll Analyst | £200 - £230 day UMB |3 months | Media | WFH

Cedar are currently looking for an interim APAC Payroll Analyst to join a media company on an interim basis. The role is currently fully remote. You will be required to work during the hours of 7am and 4pm.

As the interim APAC Payroll Analyst, you will support the end to end payroll cycle for the Asia Pacific region, reporting to the International Payroll Director based in London.

You will act as the key payroll contact for all payroll processes, country legislation and compliance for the APAC entities.

Key Duties

Manage, review and reconcile monthly payrolls all countries across the APAC region.

Ensure compliant with employment law and tax legislation in the APAC region.

Support the payroll funding process, third party payment, GL distribution process and statutory filings.

Collate data and populate input documentation before submitting to our payroll partner (ADP).

Liaise with HR Operations to ensure data is accurate, timely and complete.

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Collate and analyse data to support central reporting capabilities.


MUST have China/Mandarin payroll experience.

Relevant experience in an APAC role.

3 to 5 years of functional experience with payroll processing, including international payroll.

ADP Streamline experience.

Solid business acumen.

Ability to understand and operate effectively in a diverse culture.

Excellent communication skills - fluent English is a must.
