A HR Change Partner is urgently required for a leading global business services organisation in central London.
- Experienced HR professional who has a proven track record working in a commercial, fast paced, multi site environment.
- Multiple experience of executing large scale redundancy exercises including changes to work location to onshore, nearshore and offshore
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with previous experience of acting as workstream lead as part of multi-faceted programmes.
- Change management expertise.
- Experience in developing a HR Change plan.
- Lead the change management initiatives by communicating the people vision and strategy to key stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship building skills.
