An exciting opportunity for a Head of Tax has arisen in a globally recognisable brand to join their Head quarters in London. You will work closely with the CFO and Senior Leadership team and have ownership across all taxes globally. This is an everchanging industry where the Group continually adapting and growing into more and more international territories.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and drive forward the tax strategy ensuring risks are managed and benefits are realised
- Ensure compliance across all taxes and proactively develop controls and processes to maintain high standards
- Management of 2 direct reports
- Managing and partnering with senior stakeholders and managing the relationship with external advisors and HMRC
This is a broad role stretching across all areas of tax and as such the successful applicant will need to have had experience working in-house with a similar breadth. The role requires you to be able to strike a balance of being credible and influential at a senior level and drive tax strategy and projects, whilst also being hands on and operational with a "roll your sleeves up" mentality.
