This rapidly growing SaaS business has seen revenues almost triple over the last 2 years. Now almost 5 years old and having successfully raised circa $25m in Series B funding in 2021, the business is building on its market leading position to further penetrate Europe and expand across the US.

To increase the rapid expansion and maturing of this exciting business, the new role of Head of FP&A has been created.

Reporting to the CFO, the role includes:

  • Creating from scratch a true commercial finance environment, influencing and driving behaviours, working closely with commercial stakeholders across the business
  • Partnering business leaders to drive further sales growth, market expansion and product roll out
  • Build a genuinely commercial relationship with stakeholders including European Sales Director, US Sales Head, Marketing Head, Product Head, Data Analytics Head, Customer Success Head, CEO etc
  • Key contribution to the ongoing development of the mid-long term strategic plan
  • Own and drive the pricing agenda
  • Develop business critical metrics, optimising core SaaS metrics
  • Establish enhanced financial planning processes
  • Engage with commercial stakeholders, playing a significant role in business conversations, driving the growth agenda
  • Build business cases and investment proposals to facilitate commercial expansion plans

You will be a qualified finance professional who has genuinely contributed to business growth through value-add commercial input, driven by your own insatiable curiosity to understand the business and market.

Having worked with a growth SME or change oriented corporate entity, you will have in-depth and demonstrable experience of partnering commercial stakeholders (i.e., Sales and Product Development) and providing a genuinely impressive level of commercial finance support.

A deep appreciation of analytics and data driven performance is essential, as is a high degree of intellectual horsepower, phenomenal communication skills, buckets of credibility & gravitas and a burning passion to drive successful business growth.
