·Leading and managing the management accounts team of 9 in ensuring the accounts provide an accurate representation of business performance.
·Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes, including review with business budget holders.

·Manage the annual audit process and own the liaison with the external auditors.
·Ensure your team receive the training, support and development they need to thrive.
·A range of ad hoc projects to support the growth of the company.

Candidates will have strong staff management experience (and will enjoy this aspect of a role), will be technically adept and will ideally have some knowledge of US GAAP. Prior experience in a global company would also be relevant along with good communication and stakeholder management skills. This role should be seen as an entry point role to a global business where progression opportunities exist for strong individuals.
