This rapidly growing private equity-backed infrastructure business, headquartered in London, has achieved remarkable growth in recent years. With a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions, they continue to lead the way in their industry.

The Role

As the Head of Corporate Finance, you will assume a pivotal role with heightened responsibilities, including:

  • Shape the company's financial direction through strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the CFO and private equity partners on due diligence, corporate development, and mergers.
  • Optimise the financial model and conduct real-time forecasting.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial analyses to stakeholders.
  • Support equity raises, debt efforts, and M&A with precise financial insights.
  • Analyse model outputs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage transactions, including financial modelling and due diligence.
  • Conduct valuation analysis and assist with negotiations.
  • Coordinate internal and external approval processes.
  • Prepare integration plans and support senior team members on financial transactions.

Your Profile

  • The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Proven experience in financial modelling, preferably in a corporate finance environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling software, and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in an interim or contract role would be beneficial, but it is not mandatory.
  • The competitive day rate of £750-850 represents fair compensation and a logical increase from your previous salary or day rate.

Compensation & Benefits

In addition to the attractive day rate ranging from £750 to £850, this interim Head of Corporate Finance role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding business. You will gain exposure to some of the best industry professionals in their market.

The company fosters a forward-thinking, dynamic approach, embracing innovation and new ideas. Their Central London office is easily accessible from multiple transport hubs, and they typically require attendance at the office 2-3 times per week.

In this highly collaborative and collegiate environment, success is rewarded, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the business.
