To £90,000 (dependent on experience) + 15% bonus + benefits

This dynamic communications infrastructure and cloud services business has experienced consistent top and bottom line financial growth, demonstrates a culture of support and employee care, and enjoys a market reputation for innovation and quality of service.
Due to ongoing growth, the business is now seeking to hire a talented Head of Commercial Finance for its largest division.
Reporting to the divisional Finance Director, the role includes:
- Partnering the Commercial Director and associated commercial team, providing insightful support and challenge to drive high quality business performance
- Leading an established commercial finance team of 4, coaching and developing from an already good standard of performance
- Providing direct customer engagement, including face-to-face customer negotiations, ongoing account support and dispute resolution
- Developing and delivering insights on product and customer performance
- Enhancing and challenging performance KPIs against targets and forecasts
- Ensuring that financial support for major multi-year deals is in place, challenging investment decisions, creating pricing structures, partnering on new business bids, and opportunities to improve margin and/or reduce cost base are maximised
- Own the long term plan, budget and forecast for product areas
Required candidate experience profile for this high profile position:
- In-depth commercial finance experience, having partnered senior commercial stakeholders
- Business partnering examples where you delivered tangible success that has had a positive impact on revenue and profit
- Medium to large scale business that operates in the B2B space
- Gravitas, credibility, immediately obvious leadership qualities and a personality that inspires
- Experience of coaching a team to improved performance, specifically within a commercial finance setting
- Ideally, will have worked within the Technology and/or Media sector, and have exposure of an environment that operates via large, high value customer contracts
