A Greenfield opportunity for a Group Tax Manager to join this PE Backed Group with an instantly recognizable consumer brand. Their major markets are in US, Canada and UK as well as presence across Europe and Australia. The Group Tax Manager will work with external advisors to take ownership over tax for the Group. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the relationship with their appointed Big 4 Firm and work with them to manage the corporate tax strategy and maintain/implement transfer pricing agreements where necessary
• Taking the lead on any tax audits and managing the relationship with local advisors, finance teams and authorities
• Ownership over projects such as MTD and CCO review and capital allowances
• Proactively identify areas of improvement, opportunity, and efficiency and implement them accordingly

This is an excellent role where you will be able to put your own stamp on the role and work autonomously as a senior member of the finance team. There is scope for the role to grow further still as you are able to bring more work in-house from the advisors.

The role would suit someone with a strong corporate tax background with experience of international tax. The client is open to someone coming straight from the profession or someone in-house looking for a role that provides them with challenge and autonomy. The role is based in West London, parking is available but is also close to tube stations. It will be a hybrid working arrangement where you only need to be in one day / week, with an option of 3 days in office.
