A high calibre Group Management Accountant is sought by a fast-growing £250m t/o division of a leading global financial services business. Both the division and parent group have grown every year for the past 8 years (both organically & by acquisition) and they continue to develop new revenue streams as their market-share expands. Created by an internal move, this varied Group Management Accountant role reports to the divisional Financial Controller and duties include:
·Produce consolidated monthly management accounts with commentary & analysis.
·Enable production of group consolidated accounts by providing relevant information.
·Act as a Business Partner by providing an FP&A service to regional teams.
·Support budgeting & forecasting, provide analysis of key metrics, develop financial models for acquisitions etc
·Improve cash forecasting & liquidity management tools to support working capital reporting.
·Assist in the creation of regional finance teams and the controls / processes to support these.
·A broad range of commercial & analytical projects to enhance divisional growth / performance.

The ideal candidate for the post of Group Management Accountant role will be a qualified ACA who trained in practice and has since gained at least some experience in industry. Candidates will possess a commercial approach combined with reporting skills as the role will demand both; applicants will also be looking to develop their career in a fast-growing and evolving business where opportunities to progress will be plentiful.
