As part of the ongoing growth of the business, this well-funded, highly entrepreneurial and fast paced international company is now seeking a Group FP&A to play a key role in driving continued business growth.

Reporting to the Group FP&A Director, this high-profile role includes:

  • Provide high quality monthly Exec reporting on Group business performance
  • Work closely with senior business leaders to manage the Group budgeting process
  • Provide accurate and timely financial planning, management reporting and financial analysis
  • Budget review, cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange analysis
  • Manage and ensure delivery of financial reforecasts
  • Create the monthly Exec performance report including review of actuals, key driver analysis, budget variance analysis, highlighting potential risks and opportunities
  • Key support to an ERP systems implementation
  • Identify and drive improvements to existing processes, driving enhanced insight
  • Support on various projects, i.e. assessment of capital structure, refinancing activities, group portfolio review

Required skills/experience:

  • Qualified accountant with FP&A experience from a mid-large sized international organisation
  • Demonstrable background of developing processes and driving improved insight
  • Highly impressive communication skills that have enabled you to easily build senior stakeholder confidence
  • Gravitas, drive and ambition with high levels of energy and desire to get stuck in
