A well-known Leisure and hospitality business are looking to bolster their Commercial Finance function by appointing a Group FP&A Manager for an initial period of 9 months. This will be a standalone role with individual coming in to set up an FP&A function. Please note that there will be some ad-hoc travel required across the group's various locations

Key responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of setting up an FP&A function including documenting processes and creating a best practice manual
  • Full ownership of the group's forecasting process
  • Lead the Group's Capital plan and budgeting process
  • Performing investment appraisal pre and post acquisition
  • Preparation of business cases for new opportunities highlighting any risk as well
  • Lead Business Partner between Finance and the rest of the business
  • Present numbers to the executive management team and board

Key requirements:

  • Relevant qualification- ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  • Previous experience of setting up FP&A processes in a circa £50 mil turnover business
  • Multi-site experience is highly beneficial
  • Excellent business partnering skills
  • Strong attention to detail
