A leading global retailer is looking for a Group Finance Consultant to join them on an interim basis for 4-8 weeks. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of one day per week in the office paying between £500-700 per day (dependant on experience).
Key role responsibilities:
- Creating a consolidation model combining three companies across the group
- Preparing consolidation cash flow statement
- Finalising consolidation model - agreeing balances to individual entities
- Finalising all tax positions across the group
- Consolidation mapping across all non UK entities
Key candidate requirements:
- Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Significant technical & financial accounting experience
- Hands-on group consolidations experience
- Experience of building consolidation models is essential
- Strong multi-currency experience
- Excellent Excel skills
- Knowledge of NetSuite
- Hands-on, proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, busy working environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Extremely organised with ability to prioritise/hit tight deadlines
