German speaking B2B Customer Advisor - Global Retailer (London, hybrid of office + working from home)

We are partnering with a global retailer based in central London who are looking for an experienced German speaking Customer Coordinator to join their Customer Account team on a permanent basis to provide support and expertise to customer.
As a fluent German speaking member of the Customer Account team your responsibilities will include:
- Management of new wholesale customer orders and update existing orders ensuring they are processed on time and accurately into the SAP system
- Monitor status of customer orders and keep customers updated
- Manage all customer queries
- Liaise with finance, sales and warehouse teams regarding customer orders
The successful candidate must be fluent in German both verbally and written and will have previous business to business (B2B) experience in a similar role. You will be able to adapt to new systems and have excellent customer service skills.
