FP&A Analyst: Financial Services (Fin-Tech) based in Moorgate, London

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Cedar are exclusively recruiting for an FP&A Analyst role to join a global Financial Services Fin-Tech that specialises in providing trading solutions to a variety of corporate clients. They are a market leader, turning over in excess of $1bn and trading volumes of circa $5 trillion per quarter. The role is offering hybrid working based 3 days a week out of Moorgate, London and reports directly to the Head of Department, with a wider finance team of circa 50 heads. There is plenty of opportunity for progression in this role and will enable a driven candidate to take on more responsibility and grow with the company.

Responsibilities for the FP&A analyst include:

  • Business Finance activities including budgeting, forecasting and revenue/expense analysis for international division
  • Compilation of internal reporting to Finance, Senior Business management, Product Management, and Sales
  • Ownership of business finance requirements for a subset of products
  • Support modelling and pricing analysis for product offerings for senior team members
  • Day to day support for ad hoc analysis requests
  • Assistance with month end close activities including estimates and standard finance journal entries
  • Administration and maintenance of existing database models used for reporting
  • Opportunity to work across the finance function, assisting in financial accounting on an ad hoc basis

Requirements:

  • Open to Industry qualified (ACCA / CIMA or relevant) / QBE / or Finalist level Candidates
  • Must have demonstrable experience in FP&A
  • Pro-active people who are happy to be hands on in the role

Experience within Financial Services or a Fin-Tech environment is favourable but not necessary
