Senior Finance Manager - Nasdaq listed Tech - Central London (Hybrid 2 days in)

Due to an internal promotion, this broad Senior Finance Manager position has been newly created to take a leadership position. You will join a fun and welcoming International Accounting team - that drive profitability and supports business growth through financial, strategic, and operational leadership.

As a key senior member of the International Finance team, this position will provide oversight on key international accounting and tax functions - and partner cross-functionally to provide accounting & tax guidance on new product launches and international expansion plans.

The business is hugely acquisitive - so you will get to support various strategic initiatives including serving as a key leader in International M&A due diligence and integrations by understanding and communicating the accounting and tax compliance implications.

Experience needed to be successful in this role:

• Several years post-qualified experience (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and exposure to international GAAP standards
• Experience with managing statutory financial statements & tax filing obligations through to completion
• A confident communicator, able to business partner and is confident presenting to Senior Management
