A fast paced Technology organisation is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join their team during a busy period, based in Hayes for a 15 month FTC paying between £55K - £65K
This role is based one day a week in the office for the first 3 months then to switch to fully remote.
Key role responsibilities:
- Preparation of annual Group consolidated accounts in accordance with IFRS, including notes to the accounts and supporting files
- Review of supporting schedules / financial reporting packages and liaison with subsidiary Finance teams to resolve any queries and finalise reporting packages
- Key point of contact for liaison with external audit team to ensure issues are resolved on a timely basis and year end reporting deadlines are achieved
- Ownership of completion of UK subsidiary statutory accounts prepared in accordance with IFRS
- Preparation of timely results analysis and covenant reporting to stakeholders, including Group board, investors and lenders
- Review of monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow Statement for legal entities for Group consolidation
Key candidate requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ideally ACA with practice experience)
- Significant Group consolidation experience
- Strong financial reporting/statutory reporting experience
- Strong IFRS experience
- Advanced Excel
- International/global business experience would be advantageous
- Strong systems experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced working environment
- Comfortable prioritising and hitting tight deadlines
- Self-starter attitude, driven to add value
- Experience of IFRS & US GAAP is essential
- HFM and Oracle are highly desirable
