Exclusive role: A newly-created Finance Manager opportunity for an exciting private equity backed start-up.

Reporting into the CFO, the Finance Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations for the business, with the opportunity to quickly develop into a Financial Controller role.

This is a fully remote role.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish robust financial systems, controls and processes
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Liaise with auditors during audit process
• Ownership of financial reporting and compliance
• Complete VAT returns
• Preparation and presentation of year end statutory accounts
• Adhoc work where necessary

Key requirements:

• Qualified accountant
• Strong experience gained in industry
• Articulate and ambitious, with an appetite to work in a fast-growing business

Package:

• £55-60,000
• Bonus (c10%)
