Finance Manager: Financial Services (Real Estate) - Mayfair, London

Salary £60,000 - £70,000

Cedar are recruiting a Finance Manager position to sit on the Joint Ventures side of an impressive real estate investment fund holding a collective $9bn AUM, with London HQ based in Mayfair, London. The Finance Manager will be reporting into the Financial Controller and be responsible for 1 direct report, based 4 days a week in the office. The Role will balance a mix of commercial responsibilities alongside the reporting aspects of the role.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has recently qualified their (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) who has trained in a real estate, financial services, construction, or a similar industry to take the next step up in their career and work a some very slick offices in Mayfair London.

Responsibilities:

• Produce monthly management accounts for the Americas JV entities, SPVs, and fund consolidation as needed.
• Business Partner with the US entity.
• Perform accounting tasks, including conversions from US GAAP to IFRS.
• Manage Oracle ERP modules (AP, AR, GL) for the Americas.
• Prepare statutory accounts, liaise with auditors, and ensure UK and US compliance.
• Support legal and tax experts for global compliance.
• Create and oversee annual budgets and treasury operations.
• Present finance proposals at quarterly board meetings.
• Review project statements and handle reporting.
• Maintain JV partner relationships.
• Fulfil various financial duties, including regulatory filings and coverage during leave.

Requirements:

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified
• Experience in Real Estate / Financial Services (Real Estate) / Construction or relevant.
• Must have strong applicable consolidations experience
• US GAAP and Joint Venture experience is helpful
