Finance Manager - Food & Beverage Scale-up - London (hybrid working - 3 days in)

A unique Finance Manager role partnering Sales & Supply Chain for one of the most exciting consumer brands in the UK's Food & Beverage space. Having recently raised further funding and gaining strong international sales after expanding in the US, there's never been a more exciting time to join this London founded well known consumer brand!
The business is experiencing 40% YOY revenue growth - and are adding new products, customers and sales channels all the time, this means there is never a dull moment, with exciting projects to work on aplenty - including new acquisitions. You will be given the autonomy to act with initiative, suggest and implement new processes and improvements to drive efficiency in the team and across the broader business.
In this broad Finance Manager role you will manage 2 direct reports, whilst overseeing and owning the creation of all end products by the finance analyst. Working with two brilliant and nurturing Senior Managers (FC & CFO) with daily exposure to non-finance stakeholders. You will have full oversight for the end to end sales & inventory management system, as well as finance operations of a business unit, with real influence on these revenue streams and business growth!

We are seeking someone who is hungry to learn, so passion trumps experience, but you'll need the following to be a successful Finance Manager:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience (QBE)
- Experience with a inventory/stock management system
- A desire to work in the exciting consumer food & drinks space
