Finance Manager - Food & Beverage Scale-up - Central London (hybrid working)

A unique Finance Manager role for a recently qualified accountant with one of the most exciting consumer brands in the UK's Food & Beverage space. Having recently raised further funding and gaining strong international sales after expanding in the US, there's never been a more exciting time to join this London founded business.

The business grew revenue 40% YOY - and are adding new products, customers and sales channels all the time, this means there are always exciting projects to work on - including new acquisitions. You will be given the autonomy to act with initiative, suggest and implement new processes and improvements to drive efficiencies in the team and across the broader business.

In this broad Finance Manager role you will lead a small team, working with the FC, CFO and Senior Leadership Team. With full oversight for the Finance operations of a business unit you will have real influence on these revenue streams - owning everything up to trial balance.

Experience:

We are seeking someone who is hungry to learn, so passion trumps experience, but you'll need the following to be a successful Finance Manager:

• Be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong Finance knowledge gained in an accountancy firm or industry
• Experience managing or supervising teams
• A desire to work in the exciting consumer food & drinks industry
