FINANCE MANAGER - FTSE 100 - BRISTOL - £60-65K + 10% BONUS

As the Finance Manager, you will be the bridge between Finance and Consumer divisions for the organisation's vast product lines and services. You will be a key business partner helping to maintain the delivery of accurate Financial Statements on record of profitability and margins and producing the narrative to share results for senior stakeholders.

You will be forward-thinking, a key solution provider and an effective communicator whilst helping to support the controls framework, suggesting improvements and developments across the finance team. This is a real unique problem-solving opportunity with no month end accounting and the Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing developments and automating efficiencies. What skills you will need to be successful in this Finance Manager role:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the gravitas to win the respect and confidence of colleagues and senior stakeholders up to Exec/Director level
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, comfortable analysing large datasets to understand the impact of complex methodologies - experience with Alteryx is highly desirable
  • Attention to detail as well as the ability to connect the dots and identify commercial opportunities and risks
