Established in 2017, RevLifter are an award-winning digital platform who work with several of the world's leading retailers by allowing them to personalise interactions with their customers with the aim of increasing net spend and lifting revenue. Building on a proven SaaS based business model, they raised Series A funding in 2020 and have recently completed Series A+ funding; this has left them with cash in the bank and a wonderful opportunity to build on a successful 2021 that saw them double both revenues and contribution to profits.

As part of this growth, RevLifter are recruiting a Finance Director to lead & develop the finance function as they expand in both Europe and the USA. Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Director will be an integral member of the Senior Management Team; responsibilities include:

    • Produce timely & informative global monthly management accounts and annual consolidated financial accounts.
    • Own & continue to develop forecasting, planning and budgeting processes.
    • Develop a suite of KPIs, specifically around costing & pricing, to improve financial performance.
    • Design and embed a 'data lake' to consolidate information from partners & affiliates in order to improve commercial decision-making across the business.
    • Provide strategic & corporate finance support to the Board and ongoing analysis for investors.
    • Lead, develop and motivate a small finance team.
    • A wide range of ad hoc projects to ensure the company achieves its long-term objectives.

The successful candidate for the position of Finance Director will:

  • Be a fully qualified accountant with relevant PQE and relevant experience of working at senior level (#1 or #2) in a finance function.
  • Possess experience within a growing SaaS (or other subscription / recurring revenue) business.
  • Clearly demonstrate a proven record of developing analysis to improve financial profitability.
  • Enjoy bringing financial rigour to non-finance people including presenting to investors.
  • Exhibit the ambition and passion to play a lead role in a successful scale-up.

Salary: £90000 - £110000 + equity + benefits
